Nancy Clayburn is a wife and mother of 2 wonderful children and the grandmother of 2 beautiful grandbabies. She currently resides in rural south central Missouri. Nancy is an accomplished professional long-arm machine quilter along with being an artist in various other mediums, especially oil painting. She loves to hike out in the beauty of nature every chance she gets. (See Nancy's quilting site QuiltingByDesign.com)
Nancy’s biggest challenge by far has been the raising of her autistic and epileptic son, Seth. (Also known as The Puzzle Boy.)
Having a naturally inquisitive mind and a great desire to learn set Nancy on a journey she never could have planned for … to solve the mystery of her son’s problems. These would include but not be limited to---behavior, allergies, learning difficulties, social cues, digestive disorders, sleep disorders, lack of pain receptors, seizures, and more.
Along the journey she gained much knowledge and insight. Her incredible drive and determination took her and her family to their very limits. Nancy would be the first to tell you that it is because of a loving Heavenly Father that she and her family have come to a place of peace and serenity. Her husband describes Nancy as on of the most resilient people he has ever known.
Nancy has been blessed with a gift of writing as you will find as you read The Puzzle Boy!
This website has been created to be a help to you. I have carefully chosen products that are of great value to anyone. My goal is to share what I have found to be of benefit to all health wise and mind wise. I believe in developing the mind in positive ways that will not tear down or be harmful to the character development. All things are considered in this manner.
The recipes are chosen to be very healthful. You can substitute any of the ingredients if you are allergic to a particular food. I believe that a healthy body constitutes a healthy mind.
Keep coming back to my site as it will be growing and changing. I will be adding more video with short cooking segments and words of wisdom from my husband!
